This Moderation Policy governs your use of the Chat, Audio Call, and Video Call features available across our social applications. It applies to all audio, video, and digital interactions-whether free or paid. Any violation may result in restricted access and forfeiture of any balances or earnings, without refund or compensation.

Unmonitored Interactions
We do not actively monitor conversations made through the Features, as these interactions are private in nature. By using the Features, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with engaging with strangers. For user safety, we may occasionally use automated or AI-based systems to detect policy violations. Any interaction found to violate our Policies may be immediately terminated without refunds or compensation. We do not conduct background checks on Users or Streamers. You are advised to follow the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy while interacting on the platform.
No Responsibility or Liability
The Company is not responsible for the behaviour, actions, or content of any User or Streamer. Their actions do not represent the Company, its employees, officers, or investors. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, or any applicable law.
Legal Use and Compliance
By using the Features, you confirm that you are legally authorised and competent to do so. You agree not to violate anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights in any manner.
Maintain Respectful Conduct
All interactions must remain respectful, civil, and within reasonable social boundaries. Abusive, illegal, harassing, or offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited. Do not use language or engage in conduct that is harmful or invasive to others.
No Harassment or Stalking
Users and Streamers must not harass, stalk, or intimidate others-online or offline. Please review the Community Guidelines for detailed conduct rules. Legal action may be taken when necessary.
No Recording or Sharing
You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, broadcast, or share any part of interactions occurring through the Features. Privacy of all users must be respected at all times.
Strict No-Nudity Rule
Nudity or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited. Any interaction containing identifiable nudity will be terminated immediately, with no refund or compensation. We use AI-based tools to detect such violations.
