Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Peppy, operated by Peppy Friends, we aim to provide a smooth purchase and service experience.

Cancellation Window

Once an order has been placed and fully executed, no refund can be processed. If you wish to cancel an order before it is executed, you must contact our customer care team within one hour of making the payment. After this window, cancellation or refund will be considered only at the sole discretion of Peppy Friends.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Technical delays, glitches, or temporary issues during processing
  • Incorrect information or data entered by the user at the time of placing the order
  • Variation in display photos-product and service images on the app are for reference only

Users are requested to double-check all details before submitting a form. If you need to correct any information, contact customer care within one hour of service execution-changes will only be made if the service has not yet been fully delivered.

Subscription Services

In case of a delayed activation of subscription services, Peppy Friends may, at its discretion, consider a pro-rata refund depending on the situation.

Approved Refund Amounts

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed after deducting bank transaction fees, payment gateway charges, and any other expenses incurred while processing or delivering the service. These deductions do not apply in cases of duplicate or multiple payments-all extra charges for the same order will be refunded in full.

If your payment fails due to a server timeout or technical issue, check your bank account status before reattempting. If the account was debited, avoid making a second payment and contact customer care immediately.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Peppy Friends reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time due to service unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or operational issues. If an order is cancelled from our end after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded.

Processing Time

Once we verify your refund request, we will credit the amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Actual reflection in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
